Seriously, the marina area looks like Newport beach, except for the people roaming about trying to sell you crap jewelry.

I do have some bad news... Margaritaville is closed for remodeling (Kidding!, well it is closed but I doubt it has the best food in town)

I did walk through Cabo Wabo... was a little disappointed, eleven in the morning and the bar was closed... WTF kind of rock and roll party bar was this? pffft!

'Ediths' has good food and 'The Office''on the beach does and excellent breakfast.
We alway prefer to stay at the Finesterra, away from all the people trying to sell you stuff.

You might run a search for "cabo" here in OT for some fresh ideas, as the topic has come up a few times before. In any case, have fun! :)

Only one thing to do in Cabo as far as I am concerned.... Go fishing! My wife and I went on our honeymoon in August 2006. We went Marlin fishing twice. The fist was with a company called ABY Charters. DO NOT USE THEM!!! Massive rip-off artists, crummy boat, incompetent crew.

A few days later I took a trip through Pisces Sport Fishing. Talk about night and day. Clean boat, clean crew, great food, beer of choice stocked prior to departure. Total count... Three yellowfin, two dorado, one sailfish, and a monster blue marlin lost through operator error (that would be me!) As long as you don't get seasick, it was a great time. I will never forget the experience and the thrill of having something that large and acrobatic on the end of my line.

they have tours that rent 4 wheelers that are a blast. They bus you to the Pacific side where you ride up a dry canyon and then turn you loose on the beach for a few hours. Also they have horse riding in the same area which was also cool. Try to get a room up high on the beach side of the Hilton, you can see the whales from your balcony.
