Another kudos to Pelican for customer service!
 
Just placed an order for my transmission rebuild parts and new clutch. I received a $100 gift certificate for xmas this year - but do you think I can find it anywhere? No problems - Glen was able to look it up by the purchaser's last name and apply it to the order. Nice!
