Absolutely. It is, with child abuse, a major problem in society. You do not of course have to participate. There are rules and guidelines. If an inappropriate topic is raised or if a thread goes "bad" the mods can and will deal with it.

I don't think there is really any topic that is inappropriate. Child abuse, child pornography, etc. those are all major and terrible problems that probably should be discussed more, not less.

As you may have noticed the title of this forum is "off-topic". It is for the discussion of non-Porsche topics. The exchange of news, views, opinions, humour, questions etc. and discussion thereof. It's what intelligent, cultured people do:D

Hmmm....child porn. I can't say I've ever really thought a lot about it, but I see no harm in debating it. After thinking a bit, I think my initial response is that I'm against it. Sure, it's taboo, and lots of people like things that are taboo, especially when it's tastefully done but it is illegal. So, on ballance, I say, child porn: I'm against it. So Trent, tell us, why are you in favor of child porn?
