good stuff :)

Been wanting one of those but going to wait until I can get one of the higher amp versions.

Show us how it works once you get it fired up! A good friend of mine can weld two pieces of aluminum foil together. Can only dream of getting that good...

Nice. It's on my list of stuff that I eventually "need" to get. My wife will allow me to buy one over her cold dead body. You lucky sod ...

nice score! I love my Miller 135. Wish I'd leaned how to weld 20 years ago. there's so such power in joining metal. Enjoy!

how do you keep your floors so clean?

Sorry about the dumb question, but what`s the gas tank for if you are doing electrical arc welding?

Shielding gas.

You need to shield the weld from oxygen until it cools. (Or else it oxidizes and becomes weak.) The "gun" injects argon (or some other mixture of inert gases) around the weld while it is being made.

Nice! Miller is quality stuff. I have MM210 and a welder/ generator (Trailblazer) It is a joy to have good machines. It makes quality work easy. Great choice, enjoy your new MM 140.
