Photoshop technique help
 

I need to take a rectangular photo and turn it into this shape:

The purpose is to use a regular photo inside an insulated travel mug that is tapered. When the above is put in the mug, the taper goes straight across horizontally.
I'm sure there is a tool for doing this. Help.

Edit-->Transform-->Warp

But then, won't the "Miss April" centerfold look like she's standing in front of a "funhouse mirror"?
