2006 Toyota Camry Solara SE Sport

My sister just moved from OKC to Minnesnowta and needs to get a more 'snow friendly' car. I know she's babied this car and has really enjoyed it.

Right now I'm trying to talk her in to an Audi Avant Quattro as a replacement. And not mine either...

What's not snow-friendly about a Camry? They go well in the snow and the roads get cleared to the pavement a couple of hours after a snowfall anyway.

Oh, and I have an Audi Quattro as well. They're flatout fun in the snow (especially so in empty parking lots) but nowhere near neccessary.

What Nate said. Just tell her to put some decent all weather tires on the Camry. With that somewhat heavy V6 in the front she should be able to blast through the snow.

I don't know, maybe 'snow friendly' is just the excuse she's using for 'I want an SUV.'

n8marx, have you spent any time on MNAudi?

A little but the demographic seems very young to me, and I'm only 34. Every dicussion devolves into some drivel containing words like hawt and text message acronyms.
