gta for real
My favorite part
officer: "you dont think your going to get punished for this" kid: "just a lil bit maby like no video games for a whole weekend" http://break.com/index/grand-theft-auto-7-year-old.html |
*sigh* Sad. Very sad.
Ironically, there's an ad for Grand Theft Auto IV next to the clip. |
The grandmother has custody of the kid - presumably because the mother is unfit to raise a child. No dad in sight. The grandmother comes home and says she notices her keys and the car are missing. So two 7 year olds were being left at home, alone.
Pretty tough for a kid in that kind of environment. |
I think we must have been 7 or 8 the first time we started my mother's car, a huge Peugeot 504 estate. It started up in gear and whacked into the back of our caravan LOL. He is right, it looks like fun when you're a kid, and the truth is that it is fun.
They look like respectable people to me, am sure she'll sort him out. |
That grandmother has her hands full. No remorse from that kid at all. None.

This is what happens when people let their kids watch Spongebob...
:p |
I don't think it's too out of the ordinary... IMHO it wouldn't be such a big deal if it weren't for the GTA hoopla.
Up until I was maybe 12 years old, my father was pretty big into motorcycles. Once, when I was probably about 6 or 7, my dad brought me along when he went to a shop. They had several snowmobiles in the showroom, and that was the first time I had ever seen one in person. Well, seeing as how they were the only things I was tall enough to sit on, I hopped onto one, grabbed hold of the bars, and started making the expected VROOM VROOM noises. At some point I must have started flipping switches and pressing all of the buttons, because all of a sudden that thing fired up, right in the middle of the showroom. I'll be damned if that wasn't the loudest, scariest thing I'd ever seen, and I hadn't the slightest idea how to shut it off... I learned right then and there not to mess with stuff I don't know how to drive. |
Granny had some nice wheels on that ride!
|
Yeah, nice 22" Chromes the granny had.
<----- Ignores the massive white elephant in the room. |
