Ignorance? Not at all. It can be saddening; but it is, in most cases, curable.

m21sniper 05-19-2008 10:30 AM

Was that an attempt at humor?

No. Nor was it an accusation; Simply an honest question.

Agreed. This liberal/republican crap makes me want a frosty mug of duff.

The poll stats are interesting. A recognised problem in polling such as exit polls that involve face to face encounters is that a significant proportion of those being polled will give the answer they think the questioner wants to hear. Margaret Thatcher consistantly did better than polling predicted, the explanation being that many people voted for her that were somewhat embarressed to admit that they would / had.

kach22i 05-19-2008 12:02 PM

The first two are paper ballots. According to that theory there is no shame for voting for Bush in Illinois and Maine.............but have shame in all the other states where it was electronic?

It's not how many votes you get, it's who's counting the votes which matters.

You post a sketch of what a liberal thinks a conservative believes their brain is like, looking for an argument, and he is ignorant.

Ignorance can be cured, not true of what is ailing you

Ah, it becomes clearer.

Still stand by the no cure for what ails DARISC statement though, independant of this or the other thread.

Kindergarden? You're shooting a little high there :p

Agreed also (the sentiment behind my post). Make mine Merlot please (I'm such an elitist). :)

Would you care to share with me and whoever else is following this thread, your diagnosis of what it is that you believe incurably ails me, Doctor?

Mule 05-19-2008 01:44 PM

I'm not a doctor but I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night. My diagnosis, cranial rectal inversion couples with a severe liberalism infection.

Quite the cunning linguist. But I guess name calling is about all you can fall back on when you're constantly getting your ass whipped on the issues.

Issues? Issues that have been.....discussed? What are these issues you're referring to? I'm not aware of any "discussions" that you've been part of, only your, boringly predictable, categorical statements and rants.

Or are you claiming that your categorical statements and rants trump mine?

Uhh....what categorical statements have I made? Quote one of my rants.

"you're constantly getting your ass whipped' is funny though. :)

You are correct. I mistakenly classed you with some of the other left wing buffoons. You just went straight to name calling. Classy, low class but classy none the less!SmileWavy

So you post the low class trash that you do, get a response calling it what it is, call that "name calling", then label the responder low class?

Your reference to bufoons is hilarious, considering the source.:)
(gee whiz, gosh, isn't that name calling?)
