Aqua Forest Aquarium pix

This is an aquarium shop in my neighborhood. It's all freshwater and very beautiful,
The time it must've taken!

Lovely. Just lovely. Those biotops are fantastic. What a piece of art nature is. Mostly from the Amazons I gather, even though at least one of them looks like its containing fish from eastern Africa or Asia.

That is very cool.

I was speaking in broad terms. Having done the freshwater for so many years though saltwater seems to have far more choices in critters. Such as clams, oysters, crabs, starfish, scallops, eels, you get the idea.

that first tank is amazing. i would love to do that, but i bet the electrical bill would be staggering. i think laying out the tank is an artform.

Freshwater tanks don't require near the lighting saltwater tanks do especially if you use halide lights for corals which no freshwater tanks do.

Beautiful tanks, I tried plants in my aquarium once but the fish just ate them. Its especially frustrating when the plants cost the same as the fish.

I am a member of this site all though I don't visit there to often anymore. My planted tanks never came out looking as good as the above pictures. But I tried and I will try again sometime after I move back down to the Tampa Bay area.
