Guess who orders from Pelican!

I was at the Porsche dealership today giving them crap about their junky hydraulic lifters they now sell for the 944 and here another parts counter guy has Pelican Parts open and is placing an order. I laugh and ask them if they order from Pelican also. The guy chuckled and said I wasn't suppose to see that. LOL The parts guy I was talking to also said he was going to suggest Pelican for a part I was looking for. LOL

It is really something when you have dealerships ordering parts from Pelican.

There is a good thing going on here.

Speedy:)

Wayne's got a heck of a business plan. The impressive thing is that he's still pushing hard, website upgrades, a Wiki-Pelican is coming, etc. Takes a ton of energy. He deserves every bit of success that comes his way.

I was hoping for Angelina Jolie.

Sure, if they want to wait 4-6 weeks to get the part.

Or they can order it from Wayne and have it in less than week.

Porsche dealers are not interested in having chain tensioners for a 1979 SCs sitting around in stock.....

And Porsche is evidently not interested in having to pay for expensive distribution warehouses here in the U.S. for such parts, hence why they're being all consolidated back to Germany and/or canceled altogether ("N.L.A."), right?

How about over night service? The suppy house ships everyday....

Wayne is right though, I was thinking of an independant rather than the actual dealer.

Cheers
