Nothing to See Here...Move Along
Another high-profile class-action attorney facing criminal charges...
http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20080602/ap_on_bi_ge/lawsuit_kickbacks Funny how little press guys like Weiss and Scruggs get when it turns out they use unethical and illegal means to create situations that allow them to sue, use unethical and illegal means to get a verdict, and use unethical and illegal means to keep most of the settlements. But when these guys are suing someone, Dateline, 60 Minutes, and other such shows basically act as the mouthpeice for their PR departments...

Hope they burn in hell, along with all the other lawyers who don't have any morals at all and think it's perfectly fine to do something if they can get away with it (IMO about 80% of lawyers).
If you're one of the 20%, congratulations and thank you for not being pond scum like the rest. |

Moms a former judge. I grew up working in law offices.
Attorneys are mixed bunch. A lot a narcissistic SOBs if you ask me. Love to hear themselves talk. Like anyone else, I sure am glad to have one available when I need one, which thankfully is rare. |
