Jim, I use the express check in, say hello to Cindy at the front desk for me, look under the 3rd spindle of the staircase and see what I wrote

And Mike if you want to send your kids to Church, grandmas, birthdays, field trips and any other special event in crap made in China for Old Navy, be my guest. If you would rather frequent the Big Box store that destroys Small Town American Business, it's a free country. Go ahead, be a Patriot, shop at Walmart, support the Chinese economy.

What I can't stand is this "5 minutes into the future, I'm all good" thinking. It's what lost us our manufacturing base and what will ultimately destroy our country.

Yup, sounds like a first class rationalization to me.

India is also one of the worst in the world for cheap kiddy labour as well as human rights violations and corruption.

Don’t wave the flag too hard unless you have arms to support it. India is providing your company with the margins in order for you to stay in business. Your right, there are not very many textile mills in the US anymore. You know why? Of course you do. Because the margins are not there. The owners learned long ago that they could make more $$$ off shore or get involved in something different.

No fear, India is our friend! So what – you don’t see India doing the auto thing do you? That was always the strong arm of the US….Opps, I guess they do that now. Who did they just buy again?

Well, we have steel right? Steel has always been our backbone! You don’t see India doing any…steel…do…you…? Agh, they do that to don’t they… yup, kids make great scrap getters and torch cutters.

Hay, at least the US is becoming more service based and tech superior anyway right? You don’t see India doing that do you? You know what I mean, help desk stuff and IT stuff and software stuff and and….. and….and….. Opps, I guess they do that now as well. Seems like I always get a chance to talk to one of my Indian friends when I call up for ...EVERYTHING NOW!

Well Hmmm, looks like India isn’t really much of a threat to the US mfg or service industry…at least we have Baseball (soon to be Cricket I bet…).

Custer had the right idea with the wrong indians...
