Kids broke my wireless mouse...again....

So....can anyone recommend a replacement mouse?

Specifically one that has a USB transmitter that runs along side the laptop instead of sticking out the side like a sore winky? Or better yet can be purchased seperately when it fuchs up?

Logitech makes a usb cordless that has a very tiny transmitter designed to be left in the port all of the time.

Nice looking unit.....how does that compare to an internal bluetooth set up and B/T mouse? Is the bluetooth clunky?

If your laptop has bluetooth built-in it's a no brainer - get a bluetooth mouse. Out of the Logitech, Microsoft, and IOgear bluetooth mice that I own I like the MS the best. Both the Logitech and MS mice are built very well I just happen to prefer the shape of the MS. The I/O gear ... I wouldn't bother.

If you don't have BT built-in I would go with the Logitech shown above. A colleague has it and let me test drive. It is what I would call a medium size mouse so if you have large hands it's probably not the ideal choice. Don't know if Lgtch has other mice that use that same transceiver.
