My sister-in-law has an english major, totally worthless. Grammar and spelling, however, is not. You may be the smartest SOB on earth, but what you type on here sends a distinctly different message.

The Columbian rescue is a damn cool story, straight out of Hollywood. Now that the hostages are rescued, sounds like it's time for some good old carpet bombing.

My wife was an english major who earned a masters degree. Even she admits it's a degree of limited usefullness. I tell her "Hey, someone has to read those old books!"

Supposedly there are still up to 500 hostages scattered throughout the jungle. Doubt there will be an napalm being laid.
