WTF is this? Something I found in my Den Tonite

Can in tonite from a pool party - found this on the floor of the den. I couldn't find my digital so I had to use my cell - quality sucks.

This is about 6 inches long. At first I thought it was a dried up banana peel but after sniffing it it smelled like our dogs breath so I'm thinking its something she barfed up or pooped out. She did have worms a few weeks ago (which pills took care of) and maybe this is the reminant of tape worm?

Dip*****'s backbone...

slodave 07-11-2008 09:23 PM

It almost looks like a piece of flex pipe that is unraveled.

M.D. Holloway 07-11-2008 09:26 PM

It is organic in origin - I will have to take a better pic when I find my digital camera.

kstar 07-11-2008 09:26 PM

Its shape looks too uniform to be a worm, IMO.

Looks like a piece of wicker to me.

I can see that as well. Break a little off and taste it? :p

Mike, you need to pull out your microscope and do a thorough dissection. If its organic you will know from its intestine. A worm or perhaps even an alien..call Sigorney Weaver.

Alan Watts AND The Portable Jung.

Very good. Very good indeed.

Mike's shelf of Poo(h).

kstar 07-11-2008 11:24 PM

Maybe it's a spiral coiled and cured bull penis?

It almost looks like a piece of rawhide, vine (or something) that grew (or was wrapped) around something and that one end appears to be the beginning of a nice "chew toy". I don't see how it could have been swallowed, but I've been surprised before.

genrex 07-12-2008 06:03 AM

It looks like a "kew honey locust (tree) bean pod"..?

Come on Joe, stop beating around the bush and tell us how you feel ;)

BTW I agree. I'm betting he's the next troll to go too far.

Looks too stiff for that.

Looks like unraveled rawhide to me. Those things are dangerous. We give our pup the aforementioned bull dicks (bully sticks). He loves those things and they are totally edible/digestable. We buy the footlongs and toss them when he gets them to be about 3 inches long.

elwood-914 07-12-2008 07:51 AM

It's a curly fry from Jack in the Box.........EAT it:(

Tobra 07-12-2008 08:24 AM

A person's toenail

I don't know, but don't put your lips on it

M.D. Holloway 07-12-2008 08:58 AM

I found it it was a rawhide chew toy that the kids bought our dog! Our lil girl asked me this morning why Snoopers chew toy was up on my book case. No wonder it smelt like dog breath! Glad I didn't take a bite out of it.

I will have to look for another anomoly to put on my shelf.
