You are ALL missing the POINT
The ticket was completely unfair. He is required to be able to speak English well enough to converse with police. But the ticket he got was for not being able to talk southern drawl well enough with an Alabama Trooper. That sure as hell is NOT English. |

don't want to come across as sympathizing with mexican truckers, but since when did cops start caring if you speak english? any attempt at talking only makes them write the ticket faster.
