she get's it wrong when she makes the knot, and then chokes herself with it
that way it twists slightly to the side of her "dominant" hand, or with some other fabrics it'll just end up looking like a poor fit


gotta make the knot, but keep it loose and in right position with yer fingers while you make it and while it slides up, keepin' it straight and level, and not twisting under the tightening motion
