Glitch or is paypal screwing shippers?
 
The lowest flat rate for Priority Mail via the USPS site is $4.80 OR $9.80 for the larger box.

If you are using the flate rate PM via the Paypal site the lowest rate is $9.80.....are we getting screwed? Or is it an agreement with USPS or a glitch in the interface....can't get an answer from Paypal.

I think you know the deal.

My co has a deal with one of the big three in online software distribution.

They were charging our customers $7.99 for something that can be shipped USPS Media Mail anywhere in the country for $2.99.

They would have left it if we did not call em on it.

Just wait - you will have a problem eventually and you will have the same result - cheated out of you money and no answer from PayPal.
