Why restrict it to either race or gender? I'm gonna start carrying a .22 when I walk home for lunch, and plink all the idiots yacking on the phone, driving 15 over the limit on my 35mph residential street, not using their turnsignals while they cut me off as I legally cross the street.

I'll need donations, because I'll be going through 50 rounds a day, easy. Not kidding. I live 3 blocks away.

If one lived in an area where the demographics were tilted towards a black majority, I could see there being a disproportionate amount of black women seen talking whilst driving. However, I'm in Atlanta several times during the week (largely considered a black majority)and it's usually the forty-something average white 'suits' being putzes (hmm. sp?) in their MB sedans swerving down GA 400. I don't think it's a racial issue but a personality-type issue. Over motivated people who are trying to cling to every dollar they can and the average individual who cannot stand the sound of silence.

I'd stop short of racist, and just go for sexist. Women in general. And keep it vague, make sure it includes text messaging, eating, applying makeup, and singing.

Then you haven't been around THIS board nearly enough to know what goes on here routinely. It IS a racist remark, but a mild one compared to some of the others I've read here.
