Going for a Bike Ride!!

Wel,I'mtaking my PeePicker for a ride up to the local pub
My doc said my blod pressure is too high and my stress level is way too high
Sooff for a bike ride in 9 degree heat to have a few drinks

Did the same thing - Rode from Seattle to Peoria in 2.5 days....No stress here in Peoria at all...
