Outlook experts??
 

This is driving me crazy!! The drop down list that fills in your email recipient, seems to have a mind of it's own,, I've never been able to find where it resides ,, is there any way we can edit it ? Add/delete people ?

Try this:

To delete this history, go to:
C:\Documents and Settings\username\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\

and delete

username.NK2

Outlook will automatically re-create that file, so you will need to delete it each time you want to clear that cache.

Thanks Scott, but what I really want is to be able to edit the list... Is that possible??

type the letter in the field, scroll down to individually delete each name you don't want saved.

Thanks Randy, I know how to do that, but what I would like is the ability to look at the list.. Also would like to add a few , since it seems to be quirky as to whom gets added..

It does not seem possible to edit the list on your own, but there is at least one 3rd party app ($$) that will allow you to do this....
