It's rollerman!

Seahawk 07-28-2008 12:35 PM

Give me a set of brembos on my toes and fingers and I'm in.:)

Amazing what the human mind can conjure up...I'd do it, not on that road to start!

MFAFF 07-28-2008 12:49 PM

Top man...

Not for the faint hearted tho'...

flashgordon13 07-28-2008 12:49 PM

That guy has more wheels then brain cells!! It looks like fun but the cost of a mistake is enough to discourage the sane. It would have been great to see the expression of the riders on the bikes as he rolled past them.

Gogar 07-28-2008 01:10 PM

No.
Way.

I'd love to see a ROLLERMAN vs. DOLLYMAN smack-down though.

rouxroux 07-28-2008 01:34 PM

Lovin' the way he is setting up for his corners. That has got to be a rush!

MT930 07-28-2008 01:34 PM

Very Cool ! Not a lot of room for error, head first that's got to be a rush on a mountain road passing bikes.

Tidybuoy 07-28-2008 01:41 PM

Hope he's got a parachutte (just in case).

Danny_Ocean 07-28-2008 01:45 PM

Not sure if he even bothered figuring out a procedure for an emergency stop (turtle it?). I would at least want a closed road!

dd74 07-28-2008 01:47 PM

Skating back up must be a beyotch.

Nathans_Dad 07-28-2008 02:38 PM

Yeah, but can he do THIS?!?!?!

looks like fun.
i would think about really bright colors and a dune buggy type flag to increase visibility.
some mini jet packs would be great for getting back up those hills.

Gawd, I sometimes hate the 70s.

Don Plumley 07-28-2008 04:35 PM

Wow. That's pretty amazing. He has wheels on his back as well. There's a whole series of videos.

Thinking about this, the guy with the jet engine backpack and the guy cliff sailing (all in Europe), makes me think that when you have a job that pays well, does not work you too hard, you have lots of vacation and fully paid healthcare - well, you think of crazy things to do and take the time to do it.

Here in the US it always seems a bit more spontaneous - famous last words, "Hey, hold my beer and watch this!"

ZOA NOM 07-28-2008 04:48 PM

Yeah, but he might regret that "fully paid healthcare" quality when he needs a neurosurgeon to repair his brain from the blunt force trauma.

speedracing944 07-28-2008 04:52 PM

slow traffic keep right!

Speedy:)

dzls rok 07-28-2008 04:59 PM

wow! that is insane. pretty cool, but i would never try it.

LeeH 07-28-2008 05:16 PM

I'd like to see him race this guy:

sammyg2 07-28-2008 05:54 PM

Two words: pot and hole!

Here he is breaking the record at 115 kph (about 70 mph).
