In your world, perhaps. Sprint charges me $1.50 per 411. I don't have home service, so can't comment about that.

1-800-FREE411 has been around for a while, and works wonderfully on cell phones. It's also easier to remember than GOOG411...

1-800-CALL411 has been around a while. Microsoft, so you may not have heard of it.
