Olives, stuffed with bleu cheese please. I stuff them myself now, as it is hard to get good cheese in olives these days.

As for good olives, try Mel's Olives ( www.melsolives.com ). He used to stuff 'em with the good cheese, but FDA rules put the kabosh on that. Still has the best olives on the planet.

Vodka and onions are right out.

Oh, and "apple-tinis" are fruity in more ways than one.

Here's one I came across today while reading the local Albuquerque rag. It's made with a gin based liquer called Pimms. It's supposed to be The Wimbeldon drink.

Pimm's No. 1 Cup

1-1/2 oz. Pimm's No. 1

1 slice cucumber

8-10 mint leaves

lemonade

In a highball glass, muddle mint and cucumber with a couple ice cubes. Fill glass with ice and add Pimm's No. 1. Top off with lemonade. Stir and garnish with cucumber slice or lemon wedge.
