There is NOTHING like this place. Listen, I fly airplanes for Fedex, but I have a second job fixing and flipping houses and condominiums in Fort Lauderdale. Despite the unbelievable downturn in the condo market in Fort L....we are still working on a 6 percent margin! That of course...was last year. That won't be the same this year, trust me. BUT I know a great investment when I see one. I invested a LARGE amount of money the other day in a condo, and I am sure that it will make me money in the end. The economy is about to turn around, and gas prices are going to drop; That stock will take a great leap and I'm going to laugh all the way to the Porsche dealership. I won't buy anything; the only thing I like that Porsche produces these days is the Cayman, and even that is twinky compared to my 928, which sounds like a Nextel-cup stock car~ N Last edited by Normy; 08-08-2008 at 06:26 PM.. |
