A few years ago Loudoun County VA sued its own taxpayers after they refused to approve a bond for a new country bldg. Unreal.

Great. More lawyers getting paid with our money. Wonderful.

I bet by the time this is all over the state will have spent more $$$ on legal fees over this political one-upsmanship game than they would have saved by simply implementing the cutbacks.

Un-freekin-real this state...

I love it. We need to file lawsuits and pay god-knows-how-much in legal proceedings simply to get someone to (1) do their job and (2) do what their boss tells them to do. If only I were so lucky! LOL!
