The difference between charity and welfare is more than they are spelled differently.

I am against government welfare also but charity is a whole different ball game.
Can I assume that you are not against charity?
Because that is what this doctor is doing, charitable work which is Honorable and righteous. It has ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with welfare.

RL has this cognitive dissonance thing going on that I called him out on once. It didn't register with him at all, so, it's not surprising to see you're having no luck on this attempt. Just chalk it up as another social experiment gone awry. :D
