I'd hate to be a 50+ year Porsche Master Mechanic who's just recently discovered the site . . .
I'd be OK with that...

You're gonna make us look bad.

Why does the #posts count not go up with back-to-back posts?

ckissick 08-27-2008 07:58 PM

Still 1287?

ckissick 08-27-2008 08:00 PM

Oh, it keeps a running count. I've learned something very valuable today. I can die in peace now.

Nah, "yall" is from, like, Alabama or someplace.

Who, or what, is a Skillet?

Hmmm,

Not so much a fan of that. I have a 16-year old kid that has probably heard of them, although he's a drummer and that music sounds a little boring for him. I suggest you come back in a month for the ZZ Top show. Now that's GOOD music.

As for skillets, we don't eat grits here, sorry. That's for those poor fools down south. I had the misfortune to live for a few months in Louisiana as a kid, where they serve grits in school for lunch. Did a lot of puking in the vomitorium, sorry, I meant the boy's restroom. I leave my skillet on the shelf, except for the occasional batch of fried potatoes or gringo taco meat.

Lol well if he hasnt tell him to research them. That is some of their calmer music. It was a rockin show and they will be back in Tulsa in March.

Celebrate when you hit 5000 son - that will be a true testament of how to waste time and influence no-one!

I have 9000 posts and I don't get any respect. They do add up, don't they? I've been here since 6/2002 and this place helps keep me sane (I think).

Bill Douglas 08-28-2008 05:56 PM

Yup, five hundred posts, yup, that was quite a night.

Sapporo Guy 08-28-2008 07:37 PM
