Hey Pelicans
Moved down to Marina del Rey a few months ago and now it's time to get the '81 SC smog & Registered ![]() Unfortunetly my long time mechanic and smog shop are back up north ![]() Anyone have a Porsche friendly recommendation? I don't need a "special" smog... just looking for a shop that knows our 911's engines are in the rear! PM me if needed I really appriciate the assistance! ![]()

I would tell you but I'm on my way to Baja Cantina...to sip some carbonated beverages. Or possibly Cabo - hard to beat 2 for 1. Meanwhile, I'll think of a good place for ya! I'm thinking of a place now, in Culver City but I can't remember much other than that.

as far as smogs...Ive had several in LA from just normal smog places with no issues...they all know the engine is in the rear...if you need a good and experienced Porsche mechanic in our area, I can recommend someone so PM me and I will give his info to you.
