I tried it once on some 4 lug fuchs that were cracked from a pothole hit. It happened inthe City of Orange though and not on a freeway. On the freeway the DOT is responsible, in the City the locality is.
Orange pretty much gave me the finger. I still could have taken it to small claims court but decided against it at the time for some reason. |
How do potholes form in roads in CA? I thought pot holes formed from freeze/thaw cycles. Hell here in Mid-Mo it is rare to see a pot hole.

Go to dot.ca.gov and in the top right under search enter "claims", search and figure out what district LA is in. Seems getting a claim paid of under $5,000 isn't too bad. Good luck.

You didn't die did you. so the answer is NO. Don't waste your time.
The city sewer once flow over and flooded the entire 1st floor of my house. It had 4 inches if standing raw **** on my floor. It was $50,000 of damage. They laughed at my face. Sure I filled out forms and such. talked to a bunch of lawyers and no one wanted the case. I sue them myself, case close after 4 1/2 years. Neighbor is a city lawyer and was able to help with a few tips. At the end, all I got was a kick in the a$$ with my tail between my back to my dog house. |
