Your weekend look?

The garage shoe thread got me thinking. (btw, the dirty running shoes for cutting the lawn, the really dirty ones for working on the car).

So every time I see a commercial or TV show with a man lounging or doing something around the house on the weekend/off time they are dressed as follows:

- long sleeve button down shirt open over a t-shirt, or
- 3/4 length armed shirt with arms different color than the body of the shirt.
- always jeans

I don't see anyone in my hood hanging around ever dressed that way aside from the jeans. Is this a real look or a TV look? where do you ever buy those 3/4 length shirts? I find the open button down shirt annoying when walking....it blows open...

So what's your weekend "look"?

If it's a really nice weekend, I usually wear a 1986 911 coupe!

Khaki shorts and a t-shirt.

If I'm doing work (on cars or the house), gym shorts and a crappy t-shirt.

Same outfit that I wear working on the car, dirty old t-shirt and shorts.

If I want to annoy the neighbors, I may wear this

Jeans and t-shirt. To go out I wear my very best t-shirt on and maybe even brush my hair.

Very hot days; board shorts and t-shirt.

Buy the 3/4 length colored sleeved shirts at sporting goods stores. Called baseball shirts I think as they are worn under regular baseball uniform shirts... or used to be anyway.

A good weekend is one that I never put on shoes or shirt.

Gym shorts and an old button down short sleeved shirt with one or two buttons done up. I don't like wearing T-Shirts, although I seem to own a bunch. Don't like them tight around my neck.

Based upon the "looks" that a bunch of you guys sport, it's a good thing this is the internet, and that I don't live next to any of you.
