Housing need in Surprise, AZ

Our Pelican community has proven to be an invaluable resource over the years and I need to seek assistance for a buddy of mine who is going through a really tough time.

My buddy is a separated father of four children and due to the job market in his area he had to take a minimal paying job at a large retailer as a primary source of income and insurance.

He has to be out of his current living arrangement by months end and basically has minimal financial resources left after paying his (soon to be ex), insurance, and other basics.

If any of you know of, or have a spare room in a basement, an apartment in a building, or a vacant house which could use some TLC, I'd love to put you in touch with him. He does flooring by trade, as well as other carpentry/handyman stuff.

Even if anyone knows of a place he could park a trailer with electrical and water hookups, it would be appreciated.

Again, he has very little financial resources and has alternate weekends with his kids.

I am VERY humbled having to post this. My buddy is a great guy, but has been handed a platter of crap and is trying to make the best of a bad situation.
