UV light therapy for Seasonal Affective Disorder?
Anyone use a light to combat SAD? Where did you buy it?

I picked one up for my wife here in the lower mainland. I don't recall the name of the place since it's been a few years. She says it helps if/when she uses it: That's the trick of course.

I use a go-lite in winter, I like it; expensive, though.
