I can't see the video here at the office, but I think that's paid for by Honda a advertising project that the town leaders agreed to. It turned out there are other cars that can replicate the tune as they have approximately the same wheel base as a Honda civic. So at a certain speed they can generate the tune...a little off key but close...as they speed over the grooves.
Problem is that now some of the town folks can hear it all night and they are going to fill in the grooves. The town leaders admit they didn't put it far enough out of town. Last edited by MotoSook; 09-23-2008 at 06:13 PM.. |
