locked out of pelican

i have been locked out of the bird from my home computer not being aloud to sign in. i was told by pelican staff that my cookie deal with my virus protection prevents me from doing so. prior to this i did not make any changes to my firewall or other virus settings. none of the other boards i frequent have changed my ability to "remember me" and they let me in w/o resigning in each time. when i log in from home it thanks me for logging in and boots me right back to the sign in page. funny thing is i am posting from work this AM and by far i would expect their firewall/virus protection would be much more of an issue here.

any suggestions as to how i might fix this w/o lessening any of my mcafee settings? this is killing me as work is a sticky situation on posting with the internet policy. please advise?

Get rid of mcafee and use AVG free anti virus software. Works better than mcafee and you won't have a problem with your web sites. http://free.avg.com/download-avg-anti-virus-free-edition

I'm assuming you're using IE, don't, use Mozilla FireFox to browse the web instead...
