Porsche bending the rules?
I guess there is some controversy at R/A. Porsche is running an additive to their fuel to keep the engines from developing a knock. Other teams are saying it is an advantage citing "longevity" vice performance.

It comes from the same supplier, so I don't see any issues. I think the other teams could use it if they want.

I was at Petit this weekend. When the Highcroft team crashed early they filed a protest as a last ditch effort to minimize points lost. As the announcers at the track stated later in the day the fuel everyone runs AND the additives that are allowed are " approved " by IMSA and the teams. They stated that Acura had voted to allow this fuel additive so the protest has no legs.
