Need some help with my NCAA picks
 

I'm floundering here. Can't seem to get a rythym going and I'm getting worked in my college football pick 'em league.

Any thoughts on these games?

North Carolina vs. Notre Dame

Missouri vs. Oklahoma State

Florida vs. LSU

Home teams in bold.

I'm going with UNC, Missouri, and LSU. Notre Dame isn't as good as they think they are, Missouri is very good, Florida was exposed last week, though I predict that will still be a great game.

No question on Missouri winning.

Thanks Matt, I picked against Missou last week and paid the price. That team is very good - at least better than a rebuilding Nebraska.

I did pick UNC to beat ranked! Connecticut and they came through.

And LSU is just going to get better. Except that it's hard to go into Florida's house and do them, and they did just dismantle fellow SEC rival Arkansas.

If it's straight up with no points I'd take Notre dame, Mizzou, and Florida.

sammy is obviously not a LSU fan....

Don't put too much stock in Arkansas, Texas absolutely demolished them one week ago.

My wife called me this afternoon, said she had won the office football 'pool'?

I don't follow football (college or pro) and she, of course, knows less than I do??

She explains: they all put in two dollars each week. I asked her how she picked the teams? "Oh, just like I do at the horse races." Her system there is, I read her the horses/jockey names ...if she likes a name ...Bingo!

I asked her if it was a college or Pro Football pool?

(she didn't know)

I have to pick UNC over Notre Dame even if there is no chance NC can win. Can't stand the luck of the Irish. I also like OSU over Mizzoo to rearrange the top of the polls this week, it'll happen. Mizzoo hasn't played anyone yet (Illinois?), and they have given up alot of points, OSU is 5-0 and might be the most under rated team in the NCAA behind Vandy. OSU does it on offense, they score on defense, they win this road game against Mizzoo. LSU is going to get pummeled in the swamp. UNC,OSU,FLA

You are crazy. Mizzou over OSU, at Mizzou?! OSU has a knack for choking, and don't have anywhere near the weapons that Mizzou has. CRAZY.:D

OSU is going to win it, Mizzoo is not that good w/o Chase Daniel, who will go down early, and be out for the game. Maclin gets covered up, OSU wins.

Daring prediction, you should put some money on that.

Short of you being a psychic, I doubt it. Pretty bold considering that OSU hasn't played anybody, and haven't been incredibly impressive while doing so. If Chase Daniel goes down, I'll give it to you. But there's no reason to believe he will.

If they beat Missouri, OSU is for real. If not, they're just another above average Big 12 team.

The wind must have flipped the tea leaves while on the table, I was wrong on Daniels going down.:D
