Please educate me on this, is there such of thing ? I been told that theres company's out there that will work with the lenders to lower your mortgage payments/adjust you existing loans ?

I haven't heard of this... where did you hear about it and are you sure it's not a scam?
Do you have an adjustable rate mortgage that is about to adjust?

I started a thread on this the other day. Yes, they are legit. Some are probably scams. But the one I'm looking at doing some work for actually takes payment by credit card. So it should be easy to do a chargeback if they're screw you.
