Wow, here's my chttp://fantasticcontraption.com/?designId=3338401ontribution to the party.

masraum 10-21-2008 04:44 PM

I'm up to handling. So far most of mine have looked like tank tracks. Similar solution to several of you for "4 ball". I had 2 opposite rolls of balls sucking the balls up.

air-cool-me 10-21-2008 08:24 PM

stuck on unpossible.... just two more to go!

I tend to make little tank's with deployable devices..

or i use a bunch of tiny little wood sticks to make a rope and attach it to a wheel to make a winch..

Sorry I didn't save this but it is really simple.
Take a right hand and left hand rotation wheel and position them as close to the wall as possible. Connect the two wheels with two piece rod with the centre of the rod above the centre line between the wheels. Form a tee pee from the wheels up to a centre point. Place a non powered wheel at the tee pee point. Hang the goal ball under the top ball inside the tee pee.
Clear as mud?
Edit: I like ckissick's soulution for the tube!

add another wheel, link them together with blue lines on the spinning portion like train wheels, it's more torque :D
