Don't go hustlin' people strange to you
To the uninitiated, many of the "misses" you see here aren't misses at all...it's defensive play. Making the shot is routine to these guys. It's all about leaving the cue ball in a good place...either for your next shot or for leaving your opponent so he can't make a shot.
Matt & Bob are friends...but on the table? Everything on the line for the title? Fierce competitors. The table here is a 3.5 X 7 "Diamond" Brand "bar box". The corner p[ockets have been shimmed to 4.5"...about an inch less that on your typical "Valley" brand tavern coin op table. The rails are lively, and the cloth is simonis...all pro grade. Difficult to judge the speed... To see the match, click here...then click on the TV icon that says "men's masters singles"... http://www.onthebreaknews.com/9BallWBCA.htm
