The New Fords - spotted

These four spotted Fords blew by me going south on US 23 near Brighton, MI on 10/18/2008 at about 12:15 PM.

they fooled you, those are obviously 2003 Camrys.

Shadetree930 10-23-2008 04:47 PM

Looks more like Jaguar fur to me.

DasBoot 10-23-2008 05:01 PM

Subtle. I guess that's the new flavor of "test mules"...

The large one looks like it could be on the old Lincoln LX platform to me.

That may be the new Serengety edition

kstar 10-23-2008 05:22 PM

Those are the mid-size Panameras, obviously.

onewhippedpuppy 10-23-2008 05:41 PM

Looks like a Ford Fusion/Lincoln MKZ/Mercury whatever, at least a couple of them......yawn.

mjohnson 10-23-2008 06:18 PM

Boy, that sure says "nothing to see here..."

we paid $25 billion for that??

i was hoping to get a nart...

HardDrive 10-23-2008 09:59 PM

They look boring. Kind of like a Jetta. But with less finesse.

Dear god tell me those tail lights (both models) are some kind of cruel joke. The whole Lincoln theme....horrible. Just horrible. I'm from Detroit, so I understand where it comes from, but how many people under 30 do?

Alright....I will withhold judgement. The Fusion was not such a bad effort. And I see a lot of the Edges around. The next generation Taurus could hold promise. The name still seems to ring positively in many ears.

HardDrive 10-23-2008 10:05 PM

This is supposedly the 2010 Tarus

They all look the same to me...

Vipergrün 10-24-2008 06:32 AM

....and I'm supposed to get a 2500.00 tax credit for buying THAT? No thanks!

strupgolf 10-24-2008 07:34 AM

Wow, I'm floored; that is some ground breaking design,------------------------NOT
