Pork rinds - my guilty pleasure
Love that stuff but I think it's bad for me. Gives me a belly ache sumthin' awful. You wouldn't want to be near me after I've consumed a bag of it.
Slow night. |

The only ones I ever liked were the ones sold by street vendors in Tijuana with that *****en red hot sauce! I learned to never eat them before a race down there as the burps would nearly melt the face shield on my helmet!

If you like pork rinds, you'll die for cracklins which are fresh cajun fried pork skins.
I pick up a bag whenever I drive into Lousiana. They're best when warm so you'll start eating them as soon as you leave the meat market. They're also best with a beer, which brings up the whole drinking and driving delima.
