I love good Indian food, cook it all the time.
Spinach Paneer, Barta(eggplant) Tika Masala, Shrimp Tandori.
Do they cook in a clay oven?
I bet you can smell the purfumy aroma a block away

Toasted ciabatta rolls rock! Had one tonight with grilled shaved steak, white cheddar, and horseradish sauce. My other favorite ciabatta is also grilled, with grilled buffalo style chicken breast, lettuce, ugly ripe tomato, and chunky blue cheese dressing. Marie's of course. MMMM

Those ravioli look excellent. And what could be better than a simple brown butter sage sauce? Wonderful.

Here a duck in orange sauce is in the works. The photo below is from the last time I made it. Bit of roasted garlic squash and few boiled new potatoes on the side.

Yeah, I can't eat meat (medical condition), so I'm eating almost entirely vegetarian. Since I'm not eating much meat at all, the fake stuff isn't too bad.

Shrimp and scallops risotto w/ saffron and green onion and steamed sliced fennel w/ hot pepper oil. Will be washed down w/ a bottle of nice Chianti Classico. I have high expectations tonight!

Well, I guess you can't have any pudding.
How can you have any pudding if you don't eat your meat?

And all that fat in the avocado makes up for the fake bacon anyway!
