I spent no more then 15mins at the place

schamp 11-04-2008 03:03 PM

I went at 7:00 am when it opened. Had a line out the door. Took right at 55 minutes. No MILFs at all several GIWT. Had a guy come out pissed off cause they would not let him use his Walmart card as an ID. Said he was going to call the local TV station.

3.25 hours ... much too long.

Jeff 11-04-2008 03:56 PM

12 minutes. 3 MILFs. I brought one with me, one in the next voting booth (Now I have no idea who I voted for) and one that goosed me (neighbor) while I waited for my MILF (wife).

slodave 11-04-2008 04:15 PM

I vote a location that has a bunch of retiree's, no MILF's. No wait either...

red911sc 11-04-2008 04:42 PM

I voted weeks ago in the comfort of my family room and there was 1 MILF present

Easy as pie.

I kind of miss the civic ritual of physically going to a polling place and getting the "I Voted" sticker, but don't miss waiting for blue-haired old ladies fumbling through paperwork. And its got to be cheaper than having thousands of electronic voting machines, which may or may not actually record your vote . ..

Why doesn't the rest of the country vote like oregon?

They mail out a ballot. You fill it out whenever you have time and mail it in or drop it off at places all over the city.

No lines, no old ladies trying to explain things, and no expensive voting machines!

Wait??... 0 min 0 sec. One nice thing about living in VT. Oh and as I write this...TV says Obama is officially elected.

red-beard 11-04-2008 08:13 PM

no wait, walked in, voted, left.

on2wheels52 11-05-2008 04:27 AM

In at 8 out at 8:10, I may have been the youngster (at 55).

In at 4:30pm, out @ 4:40 - no line when I got there, but it was already out the door when I left.

scottmandue 11-05-2008 07:56 AM

Voted at 6PM yesterday after work, busier than usual but no wait.

teenerted1 11-05-2008 01:56 PM

was busier than usuall..but the only wait was for the ONE new voter in front of me with his voter card and getting directions where to go.

the guy looked several years older than me an it was his FIRST TIME VOTING!!!! i've been doing this every time since i was 18 never was confused for 23yrs.

two of the things you should do on your 18th birthday...Register to VOTE and register for selective service. if you dont vote DONT COMPLAIN!!!!

ikarcuaso 11-05-2008 04:24 PM

Neighborhood polling place around lunch time. No wait for a ballot or booth.
