Photoshop Experts - Help Uploading Video to You Tube

I recently compiled a video and music movie in Adobe Photoshop Premier Elements and tried unsuccessfully to upload it to You Tube. It stated that it did not support the file type or something like that. The file extension is ".prel" Can anyone help me figure this out so I can upload the video? The only way I can view the video now is if Photoshop Elements launches. I cannot view it in Windows Media Player, Real Player, or other format. Help please...

What you have there is the project file for Adobe elements. What you need to do is render out some type of movie file. Quicktime, Windows Media, or AVI files are all files you can use to post to You tube. I haven't used Premiere in years but there should be either a "render" or a "make movie' function that will allow you to create the final movie. Be prepared for a long wait while the computer renders the file for you though!

Good luck,
Michael
