What a difference a month makes
 

Update!
It seems that the thought of moving into a smaller shop with an office that has been confirmed to have toxic mold growing in the the walls is not very enticing to "Steve". Couple that with the promise of litigation over the same toxic mold has convinced the landlord that there really isn't a need for me to move out. The down side is that I'll get a mild rent increase and the landlord will not commit to a lease term. I will remain on a month to month. The landlord has also agreed to remove the toxic growth from the office.
I'll most likely be able to complete my current work load at my current location.
So it's business as usual, business is business.

Great news Kevin, congrats. But what a a pain for you to have to go thru.

Toxic Mold?????? You mean all of those cheeseburgers and beer we have consumed in your office after quitting time were in a toxic enviornment????

Does your LL have an agent for service? My headaches have been relentless and getting worse.

I can save you a couple dollars on Dr. bills. We'll just erase my name off the X-rays and write your name in place. Then there are the results from the respiratory therapist tests. She says I have the lungs of a ninety year old coal miner who smoked 2 packs a day.

Ah, all this time I just thought I was getting old.

Funny how that works huh. I thought my career choice had backfired on me at last. Instead it was just where I was pursuing my career.

So that's the funky smell in your office?

I never thought the office was all that bad. The shop area was much worse in my opinion but in the shop I would wear a mask when I thought it was needed.
