Circuit City Bankrupt
They announced that they are planning on pulling out of Arizona by the end of year. So need to ask when would be the best time to get some electronics, black friday? today?

They'll probably be around for awhile.
They only filed Chapter 11; they just got their bankruptcy financing approved yesterday so vendors will continue to ship to them. They'll be closing around 20% of their stores; you might find some good sales at the individual stores that close, but I don't expect they'll be "giving away" anything in high demand that they can sell at another store. |

Well i checked out my local Circuit City. Pretty interesting ordeal, everything is 5-20% off, but most of the dvd's and cd's are no longer the CC price but retail, then the discount taken off of the retail price. Needless to say i'll check back in a week or two to see what's left.

These morons were firing their help who were making $11p/hr and hiring kids for $8p/hr. How would you like some pimply faced kid barely making minimum wage explaining why the 60" hdtv or computer you are considering buying is better or worse than another.
Who thought this was a good business plan? They deserve to go under afaict.
