Is this a german term for making the beautiful hideously ugly?

They are obcene.

They really do make some ugly cars.

He has done only one thing which did not offend my senses, I forget what it is now.

Where he gets the money to destroy art and substitute it with crap is anyone's guess.

That piece of option sitting on the pic up in the penultimate picture is beautiful. Otherwise it pretty much stinks esthetically. IMHO of course..

People have to be buying this stuff or it would cease to be made....
What are these people like? Do you think they have modern art and those houses that are practically devoid of decoration?

Others get it right....RUF, Hamman, Strosek, TechArt, etc...

Rinspeed's show cars (pictured) are always a bit nutty. Mission accomplished, we're talking about them aren't we? I think they sell a pretty wide variety of more common performance and accessory stuff as well.
