Cars of Bond... James Bond

http://www.wired.com/entertainment/hollywood/multimedia/2008/11/gallery_bondcar

No 911s -- I am also bored with the blonde guy. Since we can't bring back Sean, I vote that the next Bond flick feature Chris Rock as Bond.

My favourite was Dalton's V8 Vantage.

Second favourite is the Esprit from The Spy who loved me.

I watched one of the newer bond movies on TV the other night.

Found it amusing that he started the movie driving some sort of sporty euro Ford, then went to a new Aston Martin... then in the obligatory casino scene he wins the bad guys classic DB5 and drives it the rest of the movie.

if you can count a car that he was in but not driving, how about the toyota 2000gt from "you only live twice" , and the '57 chevrolet convertable from "dr. no".
i also liked goldfingers' rolls royce.

DB5, that was sweet!!! When I was little, I have a few toy ones, one Corgie 1/43, one larger plastic one, both pretty well detailed and the gizmos worked With I knew what happened to them

A few years back, I bought an old Corgie like the one I had as as kid at the Turkey Rod Run, then I found the Franklin Mint one, order it, now they have the different Corgie Bond cars at a local Walgreens, needless to say, I have been picking them up alomg with Batmobiles

I read somewhere that the toyota convertible was made for that movie as bond was too tall for the coupe. Only 2 were made. Talk about a rare car.....

For a long time, I remembered an awesome chase involving 4 930s and a 935 from a movie I saw as a kid. I always thought it came from a James Bond movie, but I just found out it was a scene from Condorman (1981). Here is that scene, but I haven`t found the original version yet...

My favorite is the Aston Martin from Goldfinger. The car's at the spy museum in DC. I was very disappointed to find they don't have it displayed so you can see all the gadgets.

When I was a kid I was walking past a Glastron dealer in Houston that had the Moonraker boat (or one of them.) It was cool, it had the mines and other gadgets and even had a real hang glider.

To say I'm a Bond fan is an understatement!
