you cant retain her firm. thats an obvious conflict of interest. funny idea though.

how about a good old fashion sit-down...work things out like adults. if you cant, get her out, or else get out yourself

Don't do that. I've babysitted a lot of people on acid, and IMO opinion it makes the strong parts of a person's personality more expressive.

So if she is a psycho *****, she'll be a psycho ***** on acid!!!

Have the landlord get rid of her. Or get out yourself, life is to short for that type of thing. Psycho middle age women should not be taken lightly.

doubt they would take your case but you could ask them to

I successfully dealt with one weirdo by getting even weirder with her than she was -- but that's just me.
